Job Description
As a Drug Safety Associate at Alphacure Life Sciences, you will play a crucial role in managing medical information inquiries and ensuring drug safety compliance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling Inquiries: Respond to medical information inquiries from patients, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals via phone, fax, email, or mail. Provide timely and accurate information, utilizing FAQs and product labeling as references.
- Documentation: Record and process all medical inquiries, product quality complaints, and adverse events in compliance with regulatory and departmental procedures.
- Outbound Communication: Perform outbound calls to obtain missing or additional information related to inquiries or complaints, ensuring comprehensive documentation and follow-up.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Educational Background: B Pharmacy, M Pharmacy, or PharmD.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
