1. Production (API, OSD, Injectables)
- Roles: Technical Officer, Junior Executive, Executive – Production
- Experience: 2 to 7 years in API, OSD, or Injectable manufacturing
- Qualification: M.Pharm/B.Pharm/Diploma
- Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Handle aseptic practices and good documentation practices.
- Operate and maintain equipment like autoclaves, washing tunnels, and aseptic filtration systems.
2. Quality Assurance/Quality Control (API, OSD, Injectables)
- Roles: Junior Executive, Executive – Quality Assurance, Quality Control
- Experience: 2 to 7 years in API, OSD, or Injectable quality management
- Qualification: M.Pharm/B.Pharm
- Job Responsibilities:
- Perform HPLC, LCMS, UV-Vis spectrophotometer analysis.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle documentation, track investigations, and perform corrective actions (CAPA).
3. Engineering (OSD, Injectables)
- Roles: Junior Executive, Executive – Engineering
- Experience: 2 to 8 years in managing equipment and processes in OSD or Injectable production
- Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech
- Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and ensure the smooth operation of equipment such as CVC, Servo, and CAM.
- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance for machinery.
- Support compliance with regulatory standards in manufacturing plants.
