Role & Responsibilities
As the Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance, your responsibilities will include:
- Quality Management System (QMS) Activities: Hands-on experience in managing Change Controls, Deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and conducting Risk Assessments.
- Investigations: Proficient in conducting thorough investigations to ensure compliance and quality.
- Regulatory Compliance: Well-versed in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adept at handling regulatory inspections.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead a team of 10 members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective coordination and reporting.
