Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Science graduate with an MBA
- Work Experience: 15-20 years of sales and marketing experience in IBD for African countries
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and generating business from new and existing clients.
- Traveling extensively to build and manage distributor relationships.
- Coordinating with plant teams to ensure on-time delivery of commercial orders.
- Analyzing marketing trends and competitor activities to provide strategic inputs for product portfolio enhancement.
- Collaborating with internal teams for new portfolio development and product registrations.
- Demonstrating creativity, innovation, and effective management skills.
- Hands-on experience in traveling and open to frequent travel to assigned regions.
