Your Key Responsibilities
As a key member of Cipla's Clinical R&D team, you will be responsible for:
- Clinical Study Planning and Data Collection: Your role will involve gathering essential data for clinical study outlines, ensuring adherence to specific regulatory requirements, and managing project constraints to ensure successful and cost-effective study execution.
- CRO Selection and Evaluation: Conducting feasibility studies and site visits to evaluate Contract Research Organizations (CROs) will be crucial in ensuring that the selected CROs have the necessary facilities, expertise, and experience to conduct studies in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Protocol Development and Collaboration: You will work closely with CROs and internal teams to develop and finalize study protocols, ensuring they are approved by all relevant stakeholders, including Ethics Committees and Regulatory Authorities.
- Sample Procurement and Study Initiation: You will oversee the procurement and dispatch of Innovator samples/RLDs, ensuring that all required documents and test formulations are in place before initiating the study.
- Study Monitoring and Auditing: Monitoring ongoing studies at CROs to ensure they adhere to required guidelines, regulations, and project timelines will be part of your responsibilities.
- Project Coordination: Acting as the project coordinator, you will liaise with internal and external teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and the study is conducted successfully.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Background: M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy)
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years in Clinical Research operations, with a strong understanding of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements.
