- Scientific Manager

- Qualifications: Ph.D. in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in synthesis within the CRO industry.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide scientific guidance to team members for the successful delivery of projects.

- Principal Scientific Manager
- Location: Bangalore
- Qualifications: Ph.D. with Post-Doctoral experience preferred.
- Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience in synthesis within the CRO industry.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and scientific direction to multiple project teams.
- Manage complex projects with a focus on innovation and quality.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources and budget management.
- Lead scientific review meetings, providing high-level technical guidance.
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety standards and are well-trained in technical competencies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Background: Ph.D. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or a related field is required for all positions. Candidates with Post-Doctoral experience will be given preference, especially for senior roles.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in synthesis within the CRO industry is required for the Scientific Manager role. Senior roles require 5-10 years of experience.
