Qualifications and Experience
1. Production
- Qualification: MSc in Chemistry or B Tech in Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 2 to 7 years in the API industry
2. Engineering (Instrumentation)
- Qualification: B Tech in Instrumentation Engineering
- Experience: 2 to 6 years in the API industry
3. Engineering (Maintenance)
- Qualification: B Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 2 to 6 years in the API industry
Responsibilities
- API Production:
- Conduct batch start-up activities and monitor production processes.
- Perform calibration of balances and review technical documents such as batch records and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
- Instrumentation Engineering:
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems.
- Prepare SOPs, DQ, IQ, OQ documentation, and ensure accurate process measurements.
- Maintenance Engineering:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
- Minimize downtime and adhere to safety and compliance standards.
