Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Line Activities:
- Handle line activities in the manufacturing of injectables.
- Ensure compliance with aseptic operations.
- CIP & SIP Operations:
- Perform Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) operations.
- Machine Settings:
- Control and adjust machine settings to maintain the desired line speed.
- Perform accurate production and packaging changeovers as per schedule.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Maintain a clean work area and clean equipment before and after shifts.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure efficient production.
- Quality Control:
- Remove damaged products or supplies as needed.
- Ensure high-quality standards in production and packaging.
