Territory Sales Manager (Suture Division) to join our team. We have openings in multiple locations including Thanjavur, Tirunelveli, Hyderabad, Rajkot, Sangli, and Nagpur. If you have experience in Medical Device sales, particularly in Sutures, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities
As a
Territory Sales Manager (Suture Division) at Meril, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting Market Research: Identify sales opportunities and understand customer needs within your designated territory.
- Arranging Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to deliver impactful product/service presentations.
- Generating Reports: Regularly prepare and submit sales and financial reports to track performance and progress.
- Managing Stock: Ensure the availability of stock for sales and product demonstrations.
- Negotiating Deals: Effectively negotiate and close deals while resolving any customer issues that may arise.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Experience in Medical Device Sales: Preferably with a focus on Sutures.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing market trends and sales data to make informed decisions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Experience in managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and maintaining strong customer relationships.
