Located in Doddaballapura, Bengaluru, this role is perfect for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in sterile injectables and a thorough understanding of USFDA regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Washing, Tunnel, Filling, and Sealing Operations:
- Hands-on experience with liquid vial, PFS (B+S), and cartridge (B+S) operations.
- Proficiency in CIP/SIP skid, vessel operations, compounding, filtration, and autoclave processes.
Equipment Handling:
- Experience with filter integrity machines, isolators, lyophilizers, and single-use systems.
- Ensure all operations comply with sterile conditions and regulatory standards.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Must have exposure to USFDA regulatory environments and audits.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and process adherence to meet regulatory requirements.
