Fellowship: As per DST-SERB norms, Rs. 20,000 to 25,000 per month
Qualifications and Experience
Essential Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Physiology, Pharmacology, Zoology, or Biotechnology with a minimum of 55% marks.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with small animal handling, cell culture, and molecular techniques like Western blot and RT-PCR.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are CSIR-NET/GATE qualified.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury and mitochondrial changes.
- Utilize advanced molecular biology techniques to explore and document findings.
- Collaborate with the research team to develop recovery protocols based on experimental models.
- Manage and handle small animals as part of the experimental procedures.
- Participate in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation of research results.
