Job Responsibilities
As a Project Management Executive, you will be responsible for:
Project Oversight
- Manage planning, execution, close-out, and changes, aiming for a target of over 95% On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with CMO, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Stakeholder Communication
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and manage projects with external partners.
Compliance and Efficiency
- Ensure projects meet agreements and timelines, and suggest process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
Issue Escalation
- Escalate project and personnel issues to the appropriate senior or functional management as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm/M.Pharm + MBA (Preferred)
- Experience: 1-2 years in Project Management or F&D in the pharmaceutical industry.
