Job Overview

As a Trainee Regulatory Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the regulatory affairs team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in regulatory submissions and publishing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Submissions: Assist in preparing regulatory submissions such as IND, ANDA, NDA, and DMF in CTD/eCTD formats for various regulatory agencies including US-FDA, EMA, and Health Canada.
  • Document Publishing: Support document-level publishing tasks, including bookmarking, hypertext linking, and preparing Tables of Contents as per guidelines.
  • Submission Support: Provide publishing support for submissions, archiving, and review of same-day dispatches and major/complex submissions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and policies, as well as adhering to Navitas Life Sciences' internal policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a related field is mandatory.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates or those with minimal experience in the field.

Skills and Experience

  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and guidelines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with senior regulatory associates and other team members.
