Job Role and Responsibilities
Position: Plant QA
Responsibilities:
- Quality Management System (QMS): Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
- Documentation & Investigation: Manage and conduct thorough documentation and investigations.
- In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA): Perform IPQA activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs): Prepare SOPs, BMRs, and Batch Packing Records (BPRs).
- Training Coordination: Organize and coordinate training sessions for staff.
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Qualification: Relevant degree in Pharmaceutical Science or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6-9 years in Quality Assurance, specifically in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) Formulation.
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
- Excellent documentation and investigative skills.
- Proficiency in IPQA activities.
- Ability to prepare SOPs, BMRs, and BPRs.
- Effective training and coordination abilities.
