Job Roles and Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (Injectables) BPCR & Validations
Designation: Experienced Professionals
Responsibilities:
- Review Master Batch production and control records (BPCR) and Master media fill records.
- Review complete batch records before release.
- Prepare and review media fill protocols and reports.
- Prepare and review process validation protocols and reports.
- Prepare and review cleaning validation protocols and reports.
- Prepare and review Annual Product Review (APR) and Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) summary reports.
- Develop and review standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Retrieve BPCRs in case of batch cancellations or planning changes.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc./B. Pharmacy/M.Sc./M. Pharmacy
- 3-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, specifically in injectables and lyophilization.
