Job Responsibilities
As an Assistant in the Regulatory Affairs department, your primary responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Regulatory Team
- Assisting with the electronic formatting of submissions for global regulatory filings in accordance with agency guidance.
- Maintaining lists, documents, and reports.
- Entering data into Orion's internal systems, such as Pallas and Enovia.
- Performing miscellaneous administrative activities as assigned.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Science from a reputable institution.
- Preferably 2 years of experience within the regulated industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and Internet resources.
- Fluency in oral and written English.
- Experience with eCTD submissions is an added advantage.
- A task-oriented approach, learning attitude, and teamwork skills.
