Key Responsibilities:
Statistical Programming:
- Develop and execute statistical programs using SAS or equivalent software.
- Generate and validate tables, listings, figures, and derived datasets (ADaM/SDTM).
- Provide statistical inputs on SAP, Mock Shells, Tables, Listings, Figures, and other statistical programming deliverables.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with project management to meet timelines and maintain quality standards.
- Define and capture metrics for monitoring productivity and quality.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong analytical and programming skills using SAS.
- Knowledge of R is an added advantage.
- Experience in DSUR, PSUR, publications, and exploratory analyses is beneficial.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff.
Compliance and Quality:
- Adhere to SOPs and Good Programming Practices (GPP).
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GCP, ICH-E3, ICH-E9).
- Maintain high standards of quality and timeline adherence.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
