Job Roles and Responsibilities
Junior/Senior Operator Production
As a Junior/Senior Operator in Production, you will be responsible for:
- Operating and maintaining production equipment.
- Implementing new techniques and ensuring adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Participating in the scale-up and troubleshooting of production processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
Junior/Senior Officer Production
As a Junior/Senior Officer in Production, you will:
- Oversee the planning and execution of production processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality protocols.
- Manage and optimize the production workflow.
- Contribute to process improvements and validation activities.

Qualifications and Experience
Candidates applying for these roles should possess:
- Education:
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering, B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, B.Sc in Chemistry, or M.Sc in Chemistry.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in production with knowledge of equipment and production planning.
- Familiarity with validation processes and technical knowledge of API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) production.
