Job Description
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Analyst, you will be part of Accenture's Life Sciences R&D vertical. Our services span across the entire life sciences enterprise, including research laboratories, clinical trials support, regulatory services, and pharmacovigilance. In this role, you will help leading biopharma companies improve outcomes by connecting scientific expertise with unique insights into the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Handle case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database as per client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
- Report Reconciliation: Manage the affiliate mailbox, reconcile reports per process, and perform all written follow-up attempts for both serious and non-serious cases.
- Problem Solving: Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems.
- Collaboration: Interact with peers within Accenture and have occasional interactions with clients and/or Accenture management.
- Decision Making: Make decisions that impact your work and possibly the work of others.
- Team Contribution: Act as an individual contributor and/or oversee a small team.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy or Master of Pharmacy.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance and drug safety surveillance.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in case processing and aggregate reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
