Job Description
As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating Trial Activities: Oversee and complete functions related to assigned trial activities.
- File Reviews: Perform file reviews and document findings in appropriate systems.
- Timely Completion: Ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Risk Communication: Communicate risks to project leads and managers.
- Documentation Maintenance: Support study documentation maintenance and system management.
- System Support: Provide system support for GoBalto & eTMF.
- Risk-Based Monitoring: Support Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM) activities.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks related to trial management.
- Meeting Organization: Organize client and internal meetings, including minute-taking.
- Regulatory Supervision: Supervise local regulatory documents and transmissions.
