As a QA Calibration Inspector at Sartorius, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the quality system. You will play a critical role in administering quality systems using appropriate procedures, methods, and techniques in compliance with current good manufacturing practices and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and Review SOPs: Create and review Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality management systems (QMS).
- Process Improvement: Support ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and internal QMS requirements for staff training, deviation tracking, and more.
- Project Support: Provide support for internal and sponsored projects, including reviewing protocols and reports.
- Deviation and Incident Resolution: Collaborate with staff to respond to and resolve deviations and incidents, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain databases for investigations, audit observations, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in quality systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of industry standard practices and regulatory requirements, with the ability to interpret and implement these in quality systems.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills are essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities efficiently.
- Language Proficiency: Good command of spoken and written English.
