Key Responsibilities
As a Regulatory Operations Associate at Sandoz, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the smooth running of the Drug Regulatory Affairs Department by providing professional secretarial services and assistance.
- Learning and applying basic principles, theories, and professional concepts to resolve routine issues.
- Collaborating with immediate supervisors and other personnel within the department to address problems of routine scope.
- Following established company policies and procedures, and receiving detailed instructions on all work.
- Reporting technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt.
- Managing the distribution of marketing samples, where applicable.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs.
- Experience in cross-cultural operations management.
- Strong skills in operations management and execution.
