Position Overview
Project Coordinator
- Number of Vacancies: 1 (Unreserved)
- Consolidated Remuneration: ₹45,000 per month
- Place of Posting: Price Monitoring & Resource Society Unit under State Drug Control Directorate, Kolkata
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and Quality Review: Prepare and review safety reports like PADER, PBRER, PSUR.
- Schedule Management: Prepare and track the Aggregate report schedule.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understand and apply country-specific templates (US, EU, ROW).
- Query Management: Prepare responses to regulatory queries related to safety reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy from an institute approved by Pharmacy Council of India/AICTE
- Desirable Qualification: Master in Pharmacy/Masters in Pharmaceutical Technology (M.Tech)/Master of Science in Pharmacy
- Essential Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing or testing of drugs, enforcement of the Drugs and Cosmetics Acts, sale or marketing of drugs, or in a drugs research laboratory.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years (as on 01.01.2024)
Mode of Selection
The selection process will be based on the following criteria:
- Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor in Pharmacy: 60 marks (Proportionate Marking: % of Marks obtained in the exam * 60/100)
- Master in Pharmacy/Masters in Pharmaceutical Technology (M.Tech)/Master of Science in Pharmacy: 10 marks (Proportionate Marking: % of Marks obtained in the exam * 10/100)
- Experience: 3 marks for each completed year of experience beyond the essential experience, up to a maximum of 15 marks.
- Interview: 15 marks

Eligible candidates should apply online in the prescribed format available on the Department's website. The application window is open from 11 AM on June 24, 2024, to Midnight on July 8, 2024. Only online applications will be accepted. An application fee of ₹100 must be deposited through online mode, which is non-refundable.

- Marking after rounding off upto 2 decimal points will be considered.

- The online deposition of application fees can be done through net banking or credit/debit card system through an online interface. - The candidates, if found ineligible at any stage of recruitment process, will not be called for the subsequent stages of the selection process.
