This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a bachelor's degree and 6 months to 1 year of experience in clinical data management to join a dynamic team and contribute to data validation, study start-up, and project quality management activities.
About the Role
As a Clinical Data Analyst at Parexel, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including data validation, user acceptance testing, and data tracking. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality. You will be working in compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines and Parexel's standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Data Validation and Management
- Lead and perform data cleaning and data review activities, including query management and manual/SAS listing reviews.
- Support and lead data processing activities from database setup to database lock, including external vendor data reconciliation.
Documentation and Compliance
- Set up data management documents and ensure proper documentation as per SOPs and ICH/GCP guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Study Start-Up Activities
- Lead and perform user acceptance testing on clinical database setups.
- Review protocols and EDC entry screens as required.
Data Tracking and Entry
- Track and review case report forms (CRFs) and support data entry tasks where necessary.
Project Quality Management
- Ensure compliance with quality management standards.
- Lead functional quality control activities on databases and patient data.

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent medical qualifications.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in clinical data management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of data management processes, ICH-GCP guidelines, and clinical data management systems (e.g., InForm, Rave, Veeva).
