Job Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Perform initial review of bioanalytical data and conduct noncompartmental analysis (NCA) using Phoenix WinNonlin.
- Aid in report preparation, including creating tables and figures to support pharmacokinetic and toxicokinetic studies.
Study Conduct
- Serve as the primary contact for communication and interaction with other departments and clients.
- Proactively communicate and interact with the study team, including Principal Investigators (PI), Study Directors (SD), and operational staff, to ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Maintain well-documented, organized, and up-to-date study files, including study schedules, protocols, and correspondence.
Study Monitoring and Regulatory Compliance
- Assist SD/PI in monitoring in-life and analytical phases of studies and review study compliance with protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in and assist with pre-initiation and other study-related meetings as required.
Review and Quality Control
- Contribute to the peer review process for scientific reports, providing constructive feedback as appropriate.
- Assist in checking protocols, proofing tables and figures prepared by others, and ensuring proficiency with data collection systems and preparation software.
- Review QAU report audits with SD/PI or appropriate laboratory group and submit audit responses for SD/PI approval.
Study Phase Scheduling
- Assist in scheduling study phases in coordination with the Study Director/Principal Investigator, Schedulers, and Lab Operations.
Study Archival
- Perform tasks related to study archival, including notifying necessary personnel of study finalization/archival and gathering required paper/electronic items for archival purposes.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with other Study Coordinators (SCs), Analytical Coordinators (ACs), and Document Coordinators (DCs) to assist in preparing, monitoring, maintaining, and understanding finalization/archival and scheduling mechanisms for studies.
Innovation
- Develop new report/table formats as needed, including client-specific template formatting.
- Maintain and update existing templates as necessary and stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Other Duties
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in Phoenix WinNonlin, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software applications.

- Prior experience in a laboratory or research setting preferred, but not required.
