Qualification and Experience:
- Qualification: Candidates must have a background in pharma QA.
- Experience: 3-4 years in handling GMP training.
Key Responsibilities:
As an L&D/HR Executive or Sr Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing Training Activities: You will manage and monitor GMP training activities, ensuring that all training initiatives are planned and executed effectively.
- Training Documentation: Ensure 100% documentation of all training activities as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Developing Training Modules: Capable of developing comprehensive training modules and assessments to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
- Audit and Inspection Support: Support and face audits and inspections related to training activities, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
Desirable Skills:
