Job Overview
Review, assess and process Safety data and information, across service lines, received from various sources and distribute reports/data onwards to both internal and external third parties following applicable regulations SOPs and internal guidelines under guidance and support of senior operation team members.
Location : Kochi office based (Prefer candidates in Kerala region)

Job Responsibilities:
As a drug Safety Associate Trainee at IQVIA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by reviewing, assessing, and processing safety data and information. Your responsibilities will include:- Prioritizing and completing assigned trainings on time to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Processing safety data in compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Performing Pharmacovigilance activities such as collecting and tracking incoming Adverse Events (AE)/endpoint information.
- Coding AE and products, writing narratives, and conducting literature-related activities.
- Collaborating with senior team members to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Attending project team meetings and providing feedback to operations managers.
- Demonstrating 100% compliance towards all people practices and processes.
- Performing other duties as assigned to support project requirements.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline preferred.
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to operate in shifts and occasional travel.
