Job Responsibilities
As a Safety Science Coordinator I at Fortrea, you will assist with overall Clinical Safety and/or PSS operations related to products, including the entire adverse events process. This includes managing and processing expeditable adverse events to the required standards and submitting them to clients and/or regulatory agencies within the agreed timelines.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing adverse event data collected from clinical trials and post-marketing settings.
- Processing expeditable adverse events and submitting them within required timelines.
- Providing high-quality service to both internal and external clients.
- Complying with health and safety regulations, including the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, COSHH regulations 1989, and EC Directives 1992/3.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in clinical safety and adverse events management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
