Job Description
Purpose:
The purpose of the Regulatory Writer role is to provide balanced, objective, and accurate information to regulators, healthcare professionals, payers, and patients. You will be a crucial part of the Scientific Communications team, ensuring the development of high-quality regulatory documents that support clinical development and product registration.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy and Execution:
- Plan, write, edit, and finalize regulatory documents.
- Conduct effective document initiation meetings.
- Ensure data clarity, accuracy, and consistency across documents.
- Coordinate expert reviews and prepare final versions.
- Manage multiple document types flexibly and efficiently.
- Project and Stakeholder Management:
- Lead the writing process with strong project management skills.
- Build and communicate credible writing project timelines.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks to delivery.
- Ensure timely document development and completion.
- Knowledge and Skills Development:
- Maintain and enhance therapeutic area knowledge.
- Stay updated on regulatory and publication guidelines.
- Participate in clinical planning and submission strategy planning.
- Knowledge Sharing:
- Provide coaching and share best practices with team members.
- Contribute to process improvements and suggest opportunities for enhancement.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in scientific, health, communications, or technology fields.
- Demonstrated experience in technical/regulatory scientific writing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Successful completion of a writing exercise.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree with formal research components or in life sciences.
- Mastery of verbal and written English in medical, scientific, or technical writing fields.
- Experience in clinical pharmacology or other medical and scientific areas.
- Project management and time management skills.
- High-level end-user computer skills.
