Injectables Production
- Experience: 2-8 Years
- Qualification: Diploma/B-Tech in Engineering (Minimum 60%)
- Job Description:
- Expertise in handling filling operations of PFS, Cartridges, B+S Liquid Vials, and Compounding.
- Aseptic exposure to isolators, vial washing, tunnels, lyophilizers, and autoclaves.
- Experience with USFDA regulatory environments and processes.
Equipment Qualification
- Experience: 4-8 Years
- Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/Engineering (Minimum 60%)
- Job Description:
- Experience in sterile manufacturing equipment qualification.
- Preparation and execution of qualification protocols for various equipment including autoclaves, tunnels, filling and capping machines, lyophilizers, washing machines, and bung processors.
- Preparation, review, and execution of SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ protocols.
Quality Control
- Experience: 2-8 Years
- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry (Minimum 60%)
- Job Description:
- Hands-on experience in handling HPLC, GC.
- Expertise in using KF instruments, IR, UV, and chemical analysis.
- Working experience in a cGMP environment with a special emphasis on GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
- Knowledge of stability testing and experience with USFDA regulatory processes.
