Position Overview
Job Title: Policy Configuration Analyst
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Policy Configuration: Develop and configure policies in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Coding and Documentation: Apply coding guidelines accurately using ICD, CPT, and other coding systems.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of coded data and maintain documentation standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize policy configurations and resolve any issues.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications
- Education: Any Science graduate.
- Certification: CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification is mandatory.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in medical coding.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology, Medical Terminology, ICD/CPT modifiers, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Location Requirement: Candidates must be currently residing in Hyderabad and willing to work from the office.
- Other Requirements: Immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates who have applied in the last 6 months are requested not to reapply.
