Duration: 4 years
Program Locations: Kurkumbh and Goa
Career Progression
Year 1: Trainee
Year 2: BI (Executive)
Compensation: Competitive as per industry standards
Work Timings: 8-hour shifts plus 2 hours of class (Monday to Friday)
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 60% in 10+2 (Science background)
- Passing Year: 2024
- Age: Must be 18 years old
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Cipla manufacturing sites for the program duration
Salary Details
- Trainee: INR 2.45 Lakh per annum
- After Confirmation (1 year): INR 2.94 Lakh per annum
