Key Responsibilities
As an HCC Coder at CareForge Solutions, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and analyzing medical records to ensure accurate HCC coding.
- Assigning appropriate HCC codes to patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of HCC coding to support optimal reimbursement.
- Collaborating with healthcare providers and other team members to clarify diagnoses and procedures.
- Staying updated with coding guidelines and regulatory changes to maintain high coding accuracy.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Qualifications
- Certified Coders: CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification.
