Qualification: M. Sc. / M. Pharmacy / MBA (Life Sciences Background)
Experience: 5-8 years in CRO, CDMO, or Pharma sectors
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to end Project management support for all assigned FFS and FTE Projects from initiation to closure
- Act as Single point of contact (SPOC) and serve as a primary liaison between project sponsor (client) and Aragen’s internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams (BD, SCM, IT, and finance) for smooth
project operations and ensure completion of planned project activities in time
- Schedule weekly/biweekly progress update meetings, prepare and distribute meeting notes and follow up on the action items
- Monitor/track the project progress with appropriate project documentations
- Prepare and maintain standard set of project documentation for easy retrieval
- Coordinate with logistics team to handle inbound, outbound, domestic shipments with proper shipment documents, track shipments for safe delivery at destination.
- Maintain resource utilization tracker and provide regular head count and occupancy summaries as part of management information system.
- Conduct LNB audits and reporting the observations appropriately.
- Provide regular, structured updates to the manager and share keynotes to senior management as needed
