Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective functioning of PV projects in compliance with client agreements and regulations.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Manage quality, compliance, and documentation across PV projects.
- Monitor workload and address personnel management concerns that may impact work quality.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance with agreements and regulations.
- Author and review SOPs and relevant documents as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills/Experience
- More than 4 years of experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry, with over 3 years in pharmacovigilance.
- Strong awareness of global regulatory and pharmacovigilance environments.
- Experience in line management with exceptional people and time management skills.
