Experience: 3-eight years

Qualifications: M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Pharmacy / Diploma / ITI
Responsibilities:
-
Lead components and filling activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company techniques.
-
Optimize formulation techniques to improve product stability, efficacy, and manufacturability.
-
Oversee filling operations, along with vial filling, BFS, FFS, PFS, lyophilization, and aseptic processing techniques.
-
Collaborate with relevant groups to troubleshoot production problems and implement enhancements.
-
Maintain accurate documentation of all production sports and mentor junior personnel members.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

3-8 years of hands-on experience in vaccine formula and filling within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

Expertise in aseptic processing techniques and sterile production environments.

Strong understanding of cGMP policies and quality systems.
-
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred experience:
-
Experience with formulation and filling production strategies.

Knowledge of lyophilization and sterile filtration strategies.
-
Familiarity with regulatory submissions and inspections.
