Responsibilities: The selected candidate will work on an NIH-funded research project focusing on testing nanoformulation-based experimental therapeutics. Key responsibilities include:
- Testing nanoformulations in genetically engineered cell lines and human PBMCs from patient blood.
- Culturing bone marrow-derived cells, performing flow cytometry analysis, and analyzing immune cell phenotypes.
- Establishing and testing nanoformulations in mouse tumor models.
- Analyzing data, drafting protocols, and maintaining SOPs.

Qualifications: We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:
- Recent B.S. or M.S. degree in Biological/Biomedical Engineering, Biology/Biological Sciences, Medical Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Cell Biology, Microbiology and Cell Science, Pharmacology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences. A Ph.D. is not required but is welcome.
- Experience in cell and tissue culture, molecular biology techniques, data analysis, flow cytometry, ELISA, and handling small animals with basic surgical skills.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and communicate effectively.
