Job Description:
ResMed, a pioneer in healthcare technology, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, India. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Customer Service Department, providing effective phone and email software support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with specialized product and industry training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective phone and email software support to clients, addressing problems and providing on-the-spot coaching.
- Log customer cases using the Salesforce Service Console.
- Perform basic and advanced troubleshooting to identify and verify the root cause of customer-reported problems.
- Utilize internal resources for prompt resolution of application and technical issues.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the knowledge base.
- Escalate calls to higher-level analysts as per defined support processes.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
- Contribute to monthly team goals and objectives.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent customer service skills in a clinical/nursing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in US business hours.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records is preferred.
- Knowledge of the post-acute healthcare industry is a plus.
