Title: Business Development Executive - Intern Location: Auxilife (Pune, India)
Job Description: Auxilife Scientific Services is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our team as a Business Development Executive - Intern. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regulatory strategies and identifying business opportunities. This role involves close collaboration with Managers to support all aspects of business development.
Responsibilities for Business Development Executive :
- Manage and evaluate nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), contracts, quotes, and deals with partners and clients.
- Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events to promote the business and its offerings.
- Identify prospects for new business by pursuing leads and researching potential customers.
- Analyze market trends and make necessary adjustments to the business plan.
- Generate new business by understanding customer problems and needs, and offering solutions.
- Develop and implement business plans, strategies, and goals to meet organizational objectives.
- Build and nurture strong networks and relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory. Freshers are welcome.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in regulatory, business development, sales, or marketing in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, or chemicals industries.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of global regulatory requirements and industry trends.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

This is a full-time internship for a duration of 6 months, with working hours from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, based in Pune (in-house). The salary will be as per the company’s standards.
