Responsibilities of the Senior Pharmacovigilance Reporting Associate:
- Safety Reporting: Submit expedited Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reports, periodic reports, line listings, and safety information to stakeholders within project timelines.
- Compliance & Oversight: Ensure compliance with safety reporting systems, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Provide oversight for assigned projects.
- Documentation & Quality Control: Maintain accurate documentation, perform quality control of documents, and prepare for audits and inspections.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with project teams, clients, investigators, and third-party vendors. Build and maintain positive relationships across functional units.
- Training & Mentorship: Coach and mentor less experienced associates. Participate in client meetings and represent the department in audits.
