Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate at CBCC Global, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting site visits and monitoring clinical trials to ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth trial execution.
- Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing clinical data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Documenting all activities and findings in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Participating in study protocol development, study initiation, and close-out activities.
- Assisting in the preparation and review of clinical trial documents, including informed consent forms, case report forms, and study reports.

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, pharmacy, nursing).
- Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate or related role in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and GCP guidelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
