Job Description
They are currently hiring for the position of Research Associate - Process Development (Injectables) to join our MS&T (Manufacturing Science and Technology) team, focusing on Injectable formulations.
Desired Profile for Process Development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm) with a specialization in Pharmaceutics or Pharmaceutical Technology.
- 1-7 years of experience in process development in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Prior experience in Injectable formulations is essential.
Key Responsibilities
As a Research Associate - Process Development (Injectables), your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting technical reviews of technology transfer (TT) documents, product development reports (PDR), and master formula cards (MFC).
- Risk assessments pertaining to the product process.
- For feasibility trials and scale-up batches, prepare protocols and reports.
- Participating in Trial / Scale-up / Exhibit Batches.
- Preparing and reviewing Exhibit batches Batch manufacturing records (BMR) and Batch packaging records (BPR).
- Supporting Process Validation (PV) batches and providing technical inputs in process validation documents.
- Assisting in regulatory filings by providing necessary documents related to product and process.
- Reviewing Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) and Critical Quality Attributes (CQA) as part of Annual Product Review.
- Initiating New Product Introduction (NPI) procedures for new product manufacturing.
