Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of clinical studies.
- Update Clinical Trial Management system and linked databases.
- Provide reports, graphs, dashboards, and data models to support decision-making processes.
- Evaluate diverse data sets and synthesize data into meaningful metrics.
- Monitor data quality, identify inconsistencies, and manage system access.
- Overview study resources and support operational deliverables of Clinical Studies.
- Work in a multicultural environment and adhere to Clinical Operations policies and procedures.

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field with relevant professional experience (two years or more in Clinical Development) or equivalent qualifications.
- Good knowledge of Clinical Operations policies, ICH-GCP, and clinical research-related skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS) and Excel (incl. Text-, Date&Time-, Lookup&Reference-, Statistical Functions, Pivot tables).
- Experience in running reports from different IT systems such as CTMS, Spotfire.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure in a cross-functional matrix environment.
