Roles & Responsibilities:
- Promote, discuss, and sample pharmaceutical brands to doctors in the assigned territory.
- Meet a specified number of doctors daily by following a pre-planned territory.
- Ensure pharmaceutical brands are readily available by meeting retail chemists and authorized wholesalers.
- Submit daily reports detailing work activities and achievements.
- Collaborate with managers and product executives for effective calls.
- Achieve assigned targets for every brand of the company.
- Attend sales review meetings to discuss achievements, promotion strategies, and future planning.
- Provide feedback to the marketing department on competitor activities.
- Attend regular training programs to update medical and pharmaceutical knowledge.
Requirements:
- Work Experience: 0-2 years
- Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet targets and work independently
- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related field
