Job Description:
Role: Sr. Executive / Executive Purification Specialist

Educational Background Required: BSc or MSc chemistry or equivalent.
Key Skills: HPLC Method Development, Purification Techniques, Instrument Calibration
Responsibilities:
- Develop HPLC methods and purify samples using Prep HPLC in both Normal and Reverse Phases.
- Handle different Preparative HPLC Systems like YMC DAC, Agilent, and Flash systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies of prep samples and generate final data.
- Purify and isolate Chiral and Achiral samples from milligram to gram level.
- Prepare mobile phase as per specifications.
- Ensure purity of fractions by distillation based on product nature and yield calculations.
- Maintain sample and standard solutions under protective conditions.
- Update all relevant log books and raw data.
- Calibrate instruments as per Standard Calibration Procedure & Schedule.
- Provide daily work updates and reports to the reporting manager.
- Adhere to lab safety guidelines and Good Laboratory Practices.
