Job Description
About the Department & Responsibilities
Join us as Assistant/Deputy Manager in the IPQA department with the following responsibilities:
- Leadership and Adherence:
- Lead the IPQA team, ensuring strict adherence to cGMP standards.
- Quality Checks:
- Conduct quality checks during various manufacturing processes.
- Cross-functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues.
- Regulatory Audits:
- Prepare for and lead regulatory audits, showcasing compliance excellence.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience.
- Proven track record in facing audits like USFDA and MHRA.
- Sound knowledge of cGMP regulations.
- Exposure to working with Solid oral dosage forms.
- Candidates from Goa & Maharashtra preferred.
