Job Description:
Department: Production - Injectable Manufacturing
Experience: 2-8 Years
Qualification:
- Diploma / B Tech in Engineering (Minimum 60%)
- MSc / BSc (Minimum 60%)
- MSc Microbiology / B Pharmacy (Minimum 60%)
Skills:
- Expertise in handling filling operations of PFS, Cartridge, B+S Liquid Vial, Compounding, Aseptic exposure to isolators, vial wash, tunnel, lyophilizer, and autoclave.
- Experience with USFDA regulatory environment and processes.
- Preferred candidates from injectables manufacturing.
Department: Quality Control
Experience: 2-8 Years
Qualification:
- MSc / BSc in Chemistry or related field (Minimum 60%)
Skills:
- Experience in QC analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and stability.
- Hands-on experience in handling instruments such as HPLC, GC, UPLC, dissolution, UV-vis spectrophotometer, FTIR, KF, etc.
- Exposure to working in USFDA approved organizations.
Department: IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance)
Experience: 4-8 Years
Qualification:
- MSc / B Pharmacy (Minimum 60%)
Skills:
- Responsible for injectable line clearance, material verification, start-up checks, and in-process checks as per batch manufacturing records.
- Preferred candidates with exposure to USFDA approved organizations.
