Job Description
About the Department & Responsibilities
Production (Process Engineer):
- As a Sr. Officer / Executive in Production, you will lead the end-to-end scale-up activities from Plant/R&D to commercial scale.
- Conduct Plant/R&D demo batch absorption and identify critical process requirements.
- Plan DMF validation batches in the plant, ensuring adherence to CGMP compliance.
- Select equipment for scale-up in collaboration with R&D/Production heads.
- Ensure complete material and energy balance and effluent data for scale batches.
- Conduct HAZOP studies and implement suggestions.

- Educational Background: BE / B Tech - Chemical
- Experience: 7-10 Years (API Manufacturing - Pharma Industry Only)
- Location: Valia Unit
