Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or PDF in Organic/Medicinal Chemistry
Experience Required:
- 2-15 Years in Synthesis R&D
Responsibilities and Skills Required:
Responsibilities:
- Provide scientific guidance to team members and troubleshoot for effective project delivery.
- Manage projects efficiently by allocating resources effectively and controlling costs.
- Finalize project estimates and communicate with clients regarding project details.
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Guide the team on advanced analytical techniques for project success.
- Prepare weekly and final project reports, review lab notebooks, and share final reports with clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and provide training to team members.
- Conduct regular scientific review meetings and provide leadership to the team.
- Train team members on documentation, data management, and IP confidentiality.
- Conduct audits on lab notebook records as per client requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to develop the team's skills.
