Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Background Required: BE Mechanical / BE Chemical / BSc / MSc Chemistry
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Key Skills: Powder Coating Process, Sheet Metal Components, Production Scheduling, Customer Complaint Resolution
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the powder coating process, including Nano pre-treatment and power & free conveyor auto plant operation.
- Ensure sheet metal components meet quality standards for powder coating.
- Manage production schedules and shift operations in the coating plant.
- Resolve customer complaints related to powder coating, both internal and external.
- Conduct testing on powder-coated parts to ensure quality and durability.
